Zyra is committed to delivering thoughtful and well-managed experiences. Because our services involve customized planning and coordination, refund eligibility depends on the nature and timing of changes or cancellations.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as early as possible. Refund eligibility is determined based on:

  • The stage of planning or coordination

  • Agreements made with third-party providers

  • The timeline prior to the scheduled journey or celebration

Late cancellations may limit refund availability.

Customized Services

Many of Zyra’s services are personalized and arranged specifically for your journey or event. Certain customized elements — including venue reservations, decor arrangements, local vendor bookings, and coordination services — may be partially or fully non-refundable once confirmed.

Third-Party Bookings

Flights, visas, hotel reservations, and externally booked travel services are typically the traveler’s responsibility and may be subject to the individual provider’s refund policies. Zyra cannot guarantee refunds for services booked through external providers.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment methods and financial institutions.
